Good evening, everyone!
I hope you all had a good day! Mine was nice but busy with little errands.
I woke up a little later than usual and had my normal pre workout breakfast.
I then took my favorite Spin class and ran a few errands for my mom.
I came home and did my food prep and house cleaning.
I had a delicious lunch today!
I made a “panini” out of a pita pocket, turkey, pesto, cheese, spinach and roasted red pepper. It was delicious!
I did some work from home for a few hours and had a snack around 3pm.
Baked sweet potatoes and carrots with hummus.
Then, because I was working from home, I tried out a new class at my gym: the barre workout! It was great! My legs were burning!
After I came home, I cooked up some dinner.
Grilled Ahi Tuna with roasted broccoli, red pepper and edamame on the side. Yum!
After dinner, I went food shopping, and now I’m enjoying this snack while catching up on some blogs!
